Mrs. AMINA BANU. A. SHAIKH and Mr. ABDUL SATTAR SHAIKH jointly established the company in 2008 with of Vision becoming the leader in manufacturer of industrial valves in India. The aim was to lead the industry by becoming the most versatile valve manufacturer. To fulfill this goal, they decided to expand their company’s product range and offered more opportune product sourcing to its customers, for that company also installed the just-in-time production system for improving its production efficiency and provide the quality product to its customers.
Mrs. AMINA BANU .A. SHAIKH guided the company in obtaining ISO – 9001:2008 from BSCIC-NABCB. She became CEO of the company after establishing “XSIS VALVES PVT. LTD.” And still continues to head the company under the same position.
Mr. ABDUL SATTAR SHAIKH became the MANAGING DIRECTOR of Xsis Valves Pvt. Ltd. and was mainly responsible of establishing the market of “XSIS” through dealer network. Simultaneously, he gained the experienced of management and financial control. He was responsible for the upcoming the company through his management Strategies. His vision and guidance provide the necessary inspiration to the directors of the group companies for sustained growth in valves.
